When a user wants to create any kind of survey, questionnaire, feedback form, or customer poll, this skill walks them through five sequential stages: setting a single clear goal, filtering questions for actionability, auditing for common pitfalls, writing well-crafted question copy, and planning how to interpret the results.
How to use
To install it in Claude Code, just drop the .skill file into your skills folder.
Once installed, whenever you want to design a survey, Claude will automatically pull this skill.
You can also type /survey-designer directly in Claude Code to invoke it explicitly.
