What This Skill Does
This skill creates a one-page strategic marketing plan.
It walks Claude through the basics — your brand, market, competitors, and resources. Then it builds the full plan: a clear vision, a measurable objective, a few focused strategies, specific actions with timelines, and simple KPIs.
It also checks that everything lines up, so the plan makes sense end to end.
How to use
To install it in Claude Code, just drop the .skill file into your skills folder.
Once installed, it will trigger whenever you ask things like “help me write a marketing plan” or “draft a strategic plan for my brand.”
You can also type /strategic-marketing-plan directly in Claude Code to invoke it explicitly.
